There should be `cancel' button to close without saving.
And `OK' button should be sensitive only if you make any change. For example,
when I start s-c-language, I have selected `English (USA)' and `OK' button is
active and shouldn't be. Should be active when I choose other language.
If you want, I can make you a patch.
