Hi Nayeem,

locale file for kashmiri arabic is also not available in glibc,
if someone ready to provide kashmiri (arabic) language related information, i
will be happy to write one

we have kashmiri(devanagri) locale file in glibc already.
sent me mail, we can file new bug for that and communicate on that.
