[Fedora-i18n-list] How to Add Punjabi Fonts & Locales

Punjabi Fonts are True Type and License is GPL as fonts are update of 
FreeSerif  fonts only (copyright by Free Software Found.)

All Gurmukhi (Punjabi script) character are make
