[Fedora-i18n-list] i18n LANG setting in FC3

If you selected English in gdm login screen, you will override any 
language set in /etc/sysconfig/i18n. 

Order of where to get language settings first:
1. gdm
2. ~/.i18n
3. /etc/sysconfig/i18n
