Notice: incomplete support for URDU language

Hello!
          The hurdle in the way to URDU translation is that Fedora 7 doesn't
support URDU read/write completely. Kindly pay your attention towards
developing complete read/write support in Fedora. I am not an expert but let
me know if I can play any part.
