aspell-fo version problem

F7 > F8 (50:0.51-6.fc7 > 50:0.2.16-6.fc8)

What's going on here?  Upgrades from F7 to F8 will fail because RPM 
thinks the version in F8 is "older".

Please fix this, or bump epoch on the F8 package.
