About translating man-pages

Hi, everybody! Could you please help me! I(and I have a team, we want really
do it) want to translate man-pages from English or Russian into Uzbek! I
heard that there are no po files in manpages. Could you please explain me *how
to translate man-pages,* if possible step by step (I'm not so smart)! Excuse
