You can find it here => https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/I18N/Indic#Dictionaries Also, remember that we are using hunspell packages as primary dictionary for spell checking. So, if for any languages hunspell dictionary is not present then aspell dictionary is searched. If aspell is also not present then ispell package for that language is searched.
