iok-1.3.8 released

iok 1.3.8 is now available for download at:

  This new release carries following changes
- Update desktop file for not to show in GNOME menus. (rh#529125 
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=529125>)
- Update keymap lists to show ne-trad.mim and ne-rom.mim 
keymaps.(rh#517638 <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=517638> )
- Update iok code to always have only single instance running.(rh#529126 
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=529126> )
- Update translations.

When iok is used from ibus panel, it will not start more than one 
instance but will work in single instance only. I have also built this 
new release in F-11, F-12, F-13.
