The all so important question to which honestly there should not be one
single answer :) I'd say take a look around the Fedora Project and look
at what interests you. You state you are working in a software company -
perhaps there are some tools you would like to see part of Fedora. If
you look at it in the proper fashion - providing an answer to your
question with the most minimal set of data is kind of impossible.

I'd say the best you can contribute is subscribe to various Fedora lists
and start helping out end users of Fedora and in the process learn it
yourself
