Would you please not publish all this information including address and 
street information to a public mailing list that is archived and 
mirrored in many places? It would be courteous to confirm whether the 
person is ok with this first. Otherwise just note that someone is 
looking for media and handle it offlist or ask them to send a request 
via the official channels.
