Fedora India IRC meeting

Hi,

Based on popular vote, we have planned to have a IRC meeting at 
#fedora-india to discuss holding a Fedora conference in India on July 
13th (Sunday) 6:30 PM. We will likely run for around an hour and we can 
discuss other items if there is interest after that.
