The CfP isn't out yet and neither is the event format. However, it is
fairly obvious that the public unveiling of the format and the CfP is
*just there*

So, if you are planning for a:

[i] talk
[ii] hack fest, sprint
[iii] any other thing

please start getting your wits about you and start the process of
dotting your i and cross your t

If grapevine/watercooler/twitter is to be believed, the screening
process would demand a lot from the speaker.
