[fedora-india] How to connect " switch or Router" in Fedora 10 for configuration

The problem is that most high end routers and switches (Cisco made
etc) do not always have a web interface available (I doubt any of them
do). While it is true that most SOHO routers do have that option, I
had assumed that the OP meant an "enterprise class" router/switch.
Apologies if I sounded rude by asking to Google :) .
