Umm... I know about Kushal's tool and the follow up comment from you
about using gawk and such to do the same thing.

However, you mentioned errors in 'upstream' bn_IN especially around
gedit. Your screenshots have gedit from Ubuntu. On Fedora (where you
said that similar errors exist) I was unable to find them. So, I'd be
interested in the following:

- who translated the bn_IN for Ubuntu
- which is the upstream gedit file where the keyboard shortcuts are this queer

Specifically the second, because that is where the poking should start from.
