[fedora-india] How to install & configure tataindicom USB stick modem dialer in Fedoar 9 & 10

Hi,

As per the suggestion, I have configured the USB stick modem in Fedora 9 &
10. But I am not able to see any webpage. The website is pinging from the
terminal window.
Please suggest how I can see the webpage using any browser.
