The thing in fedora/rh for rhel extras has a fair bit of support behind
it. Talk to Karsten Wade some. If we need it for some fedora
infrastructure bits it just helps that initiative.

Karsten, 
 What was the last holdup on making rhel extras happen in the fedora cvs
infrastructure? I think we've gotten co-maintenance out of the way. What
was left?
