Metalinker and Fedora

Yes, there is at least one, I am interested :) how do I sign up ? should 
I contact Rahul directly with my questions? or is right here the place? 
I can surely implement this, in php (should i just be sending code?), 
but I notice the fedoraproject.org is python and I've just 'dived' in :(
