I run DNS for perl.org and some of the apache.org DNS servers - I'd  
be happy to offer a secondary as well.  (In the past I've also helped  
with DNS for some Quite Busy[1] DNS BL zones...)

[1]  I'm sure it's not much compared to some top level zones, but it  
was megabits of DNS traffic per server
