Using fedoraproject.org email addr in bugzilla?

Yeah, bugzilla permissions are synced based on the FAS email.  I think
Toshio maintains a list of exceptions to this rule in python-fedora,
which is how some people use a different email address.  Eventually,
it'd be nice to have a BZ email field in FAS, though.
