These two are statically assigned.  I chose ::fed0:* as the host-part,
so as to not conflict with autoassigned addresses.  We can also
statically assign them for the other services if we so choose, and I
think it would be good to do so.  We're not doing any address
randomization over time, so the existing addresses which were
autodiscovered should continue to work until we're ready to reassign
into the static range above.
