Bad cvs commit

We currently having a bad commit into cvs pkgs dir :
http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/viewvc/?root=pkgs
against the package openscada.

Actually, this dir has write access due to group membership on packager group.

If an cvsadmin can have a look and fix this, that would be great.
