How? as Nakai said, your idea should works for Canna, because it's
also the server-client model, and $HOME/.canna can be read from LE
even if htt_server is running as a htt user.  But, it won't work
without the privileges on the library model like the dictionaries and
the configurations are put under $HOME as 0600 mode. so LEs has to be
run as the own user to prevent the security risk.
