Description of problem:
'ls -l' lacks '日'(day) char in Japanese environment.
This should be fixed in its ja.po, it's not software implementation
issue.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ls -l with LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8
2. f**k


Actual Results:  The distro is garbage.

Expected Results:  The distro should speak sane Japanese.

Additional info:

This issue might happen on Chinese or Korean environmemt,
but I don't know what's in their .po files.
