Description of problem:
Full-width qoute char's width is wrong in Emacs by default,
So .emacs or other emacs settings needs the appropriate
addition.

How reproducible:
Everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add full width quote word to Canna dict.
2. Run emacs.
3. Input full width quote word into emacs through Canna.
  
Actual results:
Half width

Expected results:
Full Width
