Alpha support for kernel

Hi!

I would like to finally add alpha support to our kernel cvs. I will
provide all relavant configs and patches within this mail and hope
someone will take care of that.

alpha.patch is the main thing, that actually does the patching of the
spec and the Makefile.config.

Please have a look at it, revert back to me in case something isn't as
you like it...
