I was going to propose something similar[1], but the proposal of using
0.%{fedora_build}.rc7 sounded much better to me and I dropped it
before sending to the list.


[1] My idea was using something like this:

2.6.22-rc7      => kernel-2.6.22-0.rc7.0.%{something else}
2.6.22-rc7-git1 => kernel-2.6.22-0.rc7.1.git1.%{something else}
2.6.22          => kernel-2.6.22-%{something else}
