Two kernels on a SINGLE machine

There is a smp-machine, I want to run two kernels on this machine.

For example, I want to split the cpus and others resources( if needed) into
two collections:

Collection A and Collection B.

In Collection A, I run a linux kernel, and in Collection B, I load another
linux kernel.


I don't know if this is right.
