Fedora-laptop-list Digest, Vol 34, Issue 9

Could you state which Fedora version you installed.
Also any manual changes made to files like xorg.conf.
In the meantime take a look  in "system - preferences - hardware -
keyboard"  menu also check out the mouse options.
