Many fixes were addressed in the release 2.4.20-35.7.legacy which I
prepared back in June. This release was fully QAd and has been sitting
in updates-testing since 7th July. I can't comment on why it hasn't been
released since - it was decided to push ahead with releasing that at the
time to prevent a snowball effect (as it was apparent that more fixes
were going to continue to come out over the following weeks and months),
but nothing has happened (with this or any other package that I know of)
since. I can only presume that Jesse has been too busy to work on FL
things.

Since then Jon Peatfield along with others have prepared
2.4.20-37.9.legacy which has been available for QA since 7th August.
That release needs a bit more QA before it can be released, probably but
I have the kernel running on around 100 assorted redhat 7.3 machines
with no problems so far that I can pin down to be the fault of that
kernel. That package is discussed at

But note that you will need to recompile the package without NPTL
support for redhat 7.3. I had meant to release my SRPM for 7.3 for
completeness last week but didn't have time before I went away. I'll do
so this evening when I have access to my GPG key since noone else has
done so to my knowledge.
