BuildRequires v. BuildPreReq

But with old distributions with old software and old packages, that is
no reason to be concerned. Only if an update package is to be built on
multiple target platforms and on one of them BuildPreReq were obsolete,
that would require getting rid of BuildPreReq in spec files.
