Not necessarily.  There is the 
imported-GPG-key-causes-rebuilddb-to-corrupt-rpm signatures in rpmdb 
problem.  I don't know the Bugzilla # at the moment though.

I know about this very well, because they blamed ME for the problem at 
first. =)
