Legacy packages in need of QA

With the previous work on this one and your own QA, these should be easy
to review and approve and ideal for people who are new to the system. This
one has one publish vote already.

The patch is straight-forward to review, syntactically and semantically
correct and does not introduce any compilation issues. Anyone with access
to a rh72 or rh73 machine and Red Hat's last src.rpm could verify it.

My question here is that this reintroduces mp3 software to the fedora.us
system. How's that dealt with?
