PGP problems with RH9 and YUM

I have a RH9 server that I'd like to use YUM to update.
I started off with:
rpm -Uvh gnupg-1.2.1-9.i386.rpm
rpm -ivh yum-2.0.3-0.fdr.1.rh90.noarch.rpm

Then, I followed the steps listed from the FedoraLegacy project, 
http://www.fedoralegacy.org/docs/yum-rh9.php

But I keep getting the same error(s) related to PGP key(s)...

I did the rpm --import for these KEYS:
rpm --import http://www.fedoralegacy.org/FEDORA-LEGACY-GPG-KEY
rpm --import /usr/share/doc/redhat-release-9/RPM-GPG-KEY

I've done several yum clean.
