PGP problems with RH9 and YUM

That did it...

Thank you, I was really stumped --  each day I learn something new about 
the Linux OS.

I ran rpm -qa gpg-pubkey and seem to have 28 Keys on the system, but not 
the one that I needed - many of the Keys listed were duplicates...
Imported the Key and ran yum update (again),  installed the 18 
dependencies without an issue.
