Kernel panic - Redhat 7.3 - 2.4.20-30.7.legacy

Hello,

I am finding stability problems running the 2.4.20-30.7.legacy kernel on
Redhat 7.3. The problems seem to be more prevalent on Intel Bayfield
hardware. On a test system, I have updated the BIOS, removed all non
essential loadable modules (lm_sensors, scsi-ide) and tried stopping non
essential services, but the system will still crash once every 2 days or
so.

Attached below is the crash information captured via a serial console
connection.
Is this information useful as is, or should I provide more details?
