The one time it was "released" after EOL was because it had already been 
built, and was going through QA at the time of EOL, so they decided to 
not waste all the time/effort they had already put in, and go ahead and 
publish it.  We're beyond that point now.  Dave, you're not planning on 
any RH issued updates to 9 are you?
