Build system has whatever the rpm says is a buildreq.  If sendmail isn't 
listed as a buildreq, then sendmail isn't installed on the build system.  
This kind of thing should have been caught in updates-testing, was it not 
tested then?  We'll have to rebuild and re-issue immediately.
