ye gads, a kernel-hugemem update.  That's a fun one, as it's been
superceded by a newer kernel releases that don't have the 4g4g patch
at all any more.

Given no-one filed a bug on this (or even noticed) until now, it's
probably a non-issue, and you can just drop that one.
