The older the OS release, the more problem that will be, indeed.

Yes. People do use mozilla on rh7, and it needs to be secure. Unfortunately
there are not as many people using mozilla on rh7 as on say FC2, so it
is harder to get them verified.

In fact, I just upgraded some of my RH 7.3 machines to Centos, so I'll
have even fewer machines to test things on. I'm sure others are doing
the same.

We need to find ways to make it easier. The buglist postings are one
way, but we need more.

Good question. I don't have an answer right now. I still have several
7.3 machines, server and desktop, but I'm slowly upgrading them to
Centos 3/4, so I don't know how long I'll be able to help.

But I'm a busy man, and a lazy man, and I often don't help unless I'm asked
to and it is made easy. Like you, I'd love people to say "we need someone
with RH 7.3 to test package X" and I'd probably do it if I could. But to
go out and find out what needs testing which is almost ready for release
but just needs one or two more verifies, that is something I'm not as
likely to do.

Hate to say it, but I'm lazy, and so are others. We need some non-lazy
go-getters to make us do the work.
