That is the furthest from the truth.  There does need to be a king, and
I want there to be a king.  Unfortunately no one is stepping up to be
king, thus there is a big void in leadership.

It's not impossible, but it's also not intuitive or conducive to
participation.  Lack of participation will overload Jesse, he then gets
less interested, and the process will ultimately fail.  We all benefit
by more people getting involved rather than moving on.
