Problem with cups-1.1.14-15.4.4.legacy.i386.rpm on redhat 7.3

You need to do an "upgrade" instead of an install.  Try

rpm -U cups-1.1.14-15.4.4.legacy.i386.rpm

I *think* it is your command line.  Try update instead of install, and see
if that doesn't fix your problem.
