Fedora Updates testing

I don't know any numbers.  But I can tell you if you are using the "testing"
channel than you *are* testing, so you don't need to figure out how to
test things, only how to report your test findings.

Your needed steps now are:

* Determine which test packages you have installed.
* If needed, learn how to use gpg to make a clear signed message.
* For each test package, create a message saying you tested it and found no
  problems.  Then gpg clearsign that message, and copy/paste the result into
  the bugzilla entry for that bug.
