I've recently gone through and upgraded a series of
FC1 servers to the latest yum version supplied by
atrpms:

yum-2.3.4-62.rhfc1.at

and apart from modifying the cachedir line in the
yum.conf file, and adding the dag.repo file in the
yum.repos.d directory, that was all that was involved.
