New sendmail and missing /usr/lib/sendmail

Strange.  Anytime I saw this error/warning, it was because I really did
have FEATURE after MAILER...  Used to be okay I guess, and not it isn't.

Only reason I can think of it is was processing some other file than
the one you are refering to...
