Yes and no.

It's available for the latest kernel in FC3, which is coming from
Fedora Legacy and is 2.6.12-2.3.legacy_FC3.

Please enable fedora-legacy in your depsolver config (if you use
ATrpms' atrpms-package-config and similar it already is) and upgrade
your kernel to 2.6.12-2.3.legacy_FC3.
