One note - the same company (Open CASCADE S.A.S.) develops and
distributes an application called SALOME
(http://www.salome-platform.org/) that is licensed under LGPL and it is
linked to OpenCascade libraries. That can make a presumption that Open
CASCADE Technology Public License is LGPL compatible.
