[Fedora-legal-list] netcdf-perl license

Currently, the netcdf-perl package license is listed as "NetCDF".  The 
text of the license was recently changed to make the crediting 
UCAR/Unidata a non-obligitory request.

I've attached the copyright file.  I'd appreciate whether knowing 
whether I should change the text of the License field.
