[Fedora-legal-list] BSD license?

Hi,

I'm reviewing the package xscope and I'm unsure whether the supplied
license [1] can be considered 100% as the BSD license (the wording is
different to the examples in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing/BSD )
