Redhat 10 will not have 2.6... although 2.6 will probably work with
redhat 10 if you wanna put it on yourself...

Your dell will probably run redhat 10 very similar to 9... so if thats
slow... 10 will probably be slow too...

And for a router... I suggest Linksys... its quick... cheap... with
pretty standard features...
